Refund Policy

Digital purchases
The Exam Decoder is a one-time $59 USD digital download. We consider voluntary cancellations before you access the product on a case-by-case basis. After you access the product, we generally decline change-of-mind refunds, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
Duplicate charges and problems with your order
We refund verified duplicate charges. If your files are missing, inaccessible, defective, incorrectly delivered, or materially different from the description, email us so we can help. We’ll work to restore access or supply the correct files as appropriate. If we cannot reasonably fix a verified problem, we’ll issue a refund. Any remedy required by law remains available.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@deedmode.com with the email used at checkout, your receipt or order reference if available, and a brief description of the issue. For an opening problem, include your device and browser. Keep card numbers, passwords, and other payment credentials out of your email.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider’s processing time may vary.
Your consumer rights
Applicable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, dispute, and other consumer rights remain in effect. Downloading the files alone does not waive rights that apply to your purchase.
