Price and purchase
Deed Mode is the brand of a U.S.-based sole proprietor. Sales at launch are limited to customers in the United States. The Exam Decoder is a one-time $59 USD purchase with no subscription.
Checkout is currently disabled. When sales open, Payhip will show the order total, including any applicable tax, before payment. Review the product description, these terms, and the Refund Policy before ordering.
Digital delivery and compatibility
After a successful payment, Payhip will provide a private download link and email a receipt. The purchase includes seven printable US Letter PDFs, the offline interactive file for Practice Exams A and B, and a Start Here guide. Both exam formats use the same 160 practice questions. Delivery is digital, with no physical shipment.
Use a PDF reader for the printable files. Extract ZIP files before opening the interactive HTML in a compatible browser with JavaScript enabled. The interactive exams run offline after download. Keep the tab open to retain an attempt. Phone and file-preview support can vary. If delivery fails or you have trouble opening the files, email support@deedmode.com.
Personal study license
A purchase allows you to download and print the materials for your personal study. Deed Mode and any applicable rights holders retain their intellectual property. Sharing the files, reselling them, posting them publicly, or distributing the question bank requires permission, subject to uses allowed by law.
Exam scope and product limitations
The Exam Decoder is independent supplemental preparation for compatible U.S. national/general real estate salesperson exams. It covers national/general material. Use separate state-specific resources and complete any required prelicensing education. Check your current candidate handbook and exam provider for coverage. Deed Mode is unaffiliated with Pearson VUE or licensing authorities.
Practice scores are study feedback. Deed Mode makes no promise of passing or other exam outcome. These terms preserve any consumer rights and remedies that apply by law.
